A simple four-step process to join the program.

Complete the online application
Submit the form below with your contact details and program interest.

Email your documents
Send the required documents to USMEDICALEXTERN@GMAIL.COM.
- CV or resume
- Current photograph
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE score report or transcript (if available)
- Passport copy and valid U.S. visa copy (if applicable)

Credential review
We review your credentials and may offer preliminary acceptance with available rotation dates.

Confirm rotation
Once accepted, full payment is required before the official acceptance letter and confirmed rotation schedule are issued.
USMLE note: USMLE scores are not required, but may be used to evaluate the strength of a candidate's application.
Visa note: The program does not sponsor U.S. visas. Embassy support letters may be available for a separate fee for candidates with preliminary acceptance. Visa approval is not guaranteed.
